4 Star Facility

Christian Heights is a 4 star Nursing and Rehabilitation facility! The Five-Star Quality Rating System is a tool to help consumers select and compare skilled nursing care centers. Created by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in 2008, the rating system uses information from Health Care Surveys (both standard and complaint), Quality Measures, and Staffing. The updates further advance CMS’s goals to improve the accuracy and value of the information found on the site and promote quality improvement in nursing home care with the result of better health outcomes for residents. At Christian Heights customer and resident care is a priority.

Resident care requires staff to approach their role from a humanistic standpoint. At Christian Heights we understand that many nursing home residents are of an advanced age. They may be suffering from medical problems that impair their mobility or cognitive functions. Some of the residents might be lonely having little family or few friends in the area. Whenever the staff recognize this concern they show compassion, putting residents’ needs above other priorities. These are the qualities that helped Christian Heights land a 4 Star rating.
