Director of Rehab – Jennifer Davenport

Jennifer has been a full time employee at Christian Heights since 2012, and she has been the director since 2015. When she graduated the therapy program she started working at Jennie Stuart Hospital and then Christian Heights and Home Heath for Jennie Stuart. She’s very reliable, and knowledgeable regarding her job. She loves what she does, and truly has a heart for the residents. She’s very dedicated to the therapy team and the facility.

How did you get into this profession? I was a substitute teacher for special needs at the high school, and fell in love with the physical therapy aspect of the job. That’s when I decided I wanted to be in physical therapy.

What do you enjoy most about your job? Being there for someone in a difficult time. Letting God use me to provide Hope when someone doesn’t think there is any. Seeing someone return home and not have to stay in a facility long term. Becoming family with the ones that have to stay.
