Dietary Manager – Jessica Mason

Jessica has worked in dietary for approximately 12 years, however she has held the position of Dietary Manager at Christian Heights since September 2021.

What do you enjoy most about your job? I’ve always enjoyed cooking, and helping people. This gives me an opportunity to do something I’ve always enjoyed. I also enjoy taking care of our wonderful residents.

What do you find most challenging? It’s mainly trying to meet the needs of all the residents. Making everyone as satisfied as possible. Sometimes that can be a very difficult task.

What is your main goal? My goal is to ensure that each resident gets proper nutrition and is satisfied with their food, and maintain proper weight.
