Featured Resident

Our featured resident this month is Mr. W. D. Mr. D. came to Christian Heights from Jenny Stuart Medical Center on New Years Day 2020 He had experienced chest pains, low blood levels, and generalized weakness. After undergoing a thorough therapy plan for two months Mr. D. made significant improvements. Our therapy team is the best at helping patients recover from health issues. Mr. D. is now waiting to have surgery on his shoulder and he’ll need the services of Physical Therapy once again. Currently you can find Mr. D. encouraging and assisting other residents, and providing treats to those craving a little something extra. Mr. D. says that he enjoys listening to Gospel music, and also singing it! He and his younger son have sang together at funerals. When asked about his stay at Christian Heights Mr. D. said “Everything is straight. I’ve been here for four months and I’ve never had a problem. I’ve never had to push the call button. Everything is good!” We wish Mr. D. the best on his upcoming surgery and his efforts to improve and eventually go home. Thanks for choosing Christian Heights!
