At Christian Heights we honor residents who have displayed exemplary service and have shown outstanding service and a positive attitude. This month’s featured resident is Margaret G. Life is wonderful, but it’s sometimes a challenge to keep a smile because of all the bad situations that happen in our lives. Margaret has kept a positive attitude despite attending dialysis three days per week. She can deliver an encouraging word and a smile even though she’s in pain. She praises other residents when they say or do something positive in the dining room on multiple occasions. She’s offered ideas about how Christian Heights can better serve the residents, and what older and less mobile residents would like to do to bring them more enjoyment, and she does it in a kind and positive manner.
