Short Term Therapy Success!

Mary F. was admitted to Christian Heights Nursing and Rehab Center on June 02, 2017. A customized rehabilitation program was implemented to address the functional deficits related to the diagnosis of BLE Cellulitis.

After successfully completing the therapy program at Christian Heights, Mary F. was discharged to home on July 03, 2017 to her family. Her Functional Outcome level goal was 5.2, upon completion it was 6.1. She was a motivation to our other residents and will be missed.
