Special Spotlight for The Month

The Christian Heights Special Spotlight for the month of March is Janice H. Janice is a Registered nurse that loves what she does. A nurse in a nursing home facility has many responsibilities. They have the task of not only caring for the elderly residents, they are also in charge of other employees and have to make sure the operation runs smoothly. Caring for the elderly in a nursing home is a huge responsibility as many of the residents need some type of medical attention. Janice has been a registered nurse for more than eleven years. Prior to working at Christian Heights Nursing & Rehab facility she was employed by Jenny Stuart Medical Center. Janice said that her mother was a nurse and she knew that she wanted to follow in her mother’s footsteps when she was five years old.

Janice also said that her favorite part of the job was helping the patients. She gets great fulfillment from seeing them get better. She said that if she had to do it all over again she wouldn’t change a thing. She loves what she does. We appreciate Janice, and just want to say thank you for your joy and compassion for helping others.
