Special Staff Spotlight

The Christian Heights Special Spotlight for the month of February is James Tudor. James is the Maintenance Director at Christian Heights and does a very good job at making sure the facility is properly maintained. The facility recently went through a state survey and safety was one of the categories, and Christian Heights faired very well.

After coming to Christian Heights in 2017 James was able to improve the safety and condition of the facility to pass the OIG Life Safety inspection with only 1 minor K tag deficiency. Since that survey he has obtained a 0 deficiency survey for the past two year inspections

Nursing homes participating in Medicare and Medicaid are required by federal law to undergo an annual survey and certification process by its state’s health department. Homes must be in substantial compliance with Medicare and Medicaid requirements, as well as state law.

We at Christian Heights are personally committed to making sure residents have access to the highest-quality nursing home care. We are focused on ensuring our facility is keeping residents safe by making outcomes transparent and paying attention to details.
