Success Story – Henry S.

Henry S. was admitted to Christian Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for: Weakness, Dizziness, Leaky Heart, and Confusion. This was his first stay at CH and as you can tell by the pictures that he had a warm going away party.

Returned to: Home after 3 months and can now function with minimal assistance. He can now once again enjoy spending time with grandchildren and family. Our therapy team worked diligently on his general weakness, improved his strength, and prepared him to maneuver around his home.
