Success Story Therapy: Lowell R.

Mr. Lowell R. was admitted to Christian Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for: Weakness and Confusion after experiencing a fall at his home. This is his second short term stay at CH and both experiences have been satisfactory for him. He was pleased with therapy and the quality of care he received.

Returned to: Home after a month and can once again enjoy spending time with grandchildren and family. Mr. Lowell willingly participated in therapy. Many times he was there before his scheduled time. The therapy team worked on his left side weakness, built strength and addressed his balance issues. He was able to return home walking. He was not able to do that upon arrival.
