Employee Spotlight

This month Christian Heights Nursing & Rehab would like to recognize Tara Cordier! Tara is a very much appreciated CNA , and resident favorite.

Tara has been on the CH team for approximately two and a half years. She has been a CNA for 18 years. Tara got into this profession because she loves working with, and helping people. She is a people person.

A CNA has many responsibilities, however, her title does not fully describe what Tara does. There’s not much she hasn’t done or will not do for for a teammate or resident. She is a true team player.

Resident care is always her focus. When asked how she maintains such a great attitude and a good spirit she stated that “ I do my job because I enjoy it, and I want to. I do not do it for a paycheck” She said that you have to love and care for people to do this job. She also said that she doesn’t really get frustrated with her job because she understands that work has to be done. “I know I have a job to do, and I do it. I care for my residents and I go home.”

Tara answers call lights, talks to residents, listens to family members, and consistently assist team members. She never hesitates to lend a helping hand. We appreciate Tara and all that she does. Thank you for being a key player on the Christian Heights team.
