Employee Spotlight: Venilia Smith

Our Employee Spotlight is Venilia Smith. She has been employed here at Christian Heights for almost 29 years! Venilia has worked in many departments throughout the years such as nursing, the business office, social services, and is currently the Medical Records Supervisor. Venilia said “ the love of the residents has kept her here through the years”. Learning to care for others here helped her when she had to provide care for her own mother. Venilia is also a cancer survivor. Having survived cancer, and the treatments, has enabled her to encourage residents and staff that are fighting cancer to not give up and fight! Venilia is such an asset to Christian Heights and we are blessed to have someone like her.
