Wow, can you believe that it’s already August? Summer is making an exit way too fast! July was wonderful. We watched fireworks, enjoyed carnivals, celebrated the fourth, and participated in some great community events. Our residents loved participating in those activities, and we are looking forward to August.

Christian Heights does a great job putting together events and activities internally as well as bringing in guests to mingle and have fun with our residents.

Thank you for all those who plan, put together, and participate in those activities.

I hope you have a wonderful August. We don’t have many more summer days left so enjoy the summer while it is here. It is a great opportunity to spend time with your loved ones, and enjoy activities with them – and we will be here to assist you as needed.

Lastly, we would like to thank all of our staff, residents, volunteers, and families who have worked so hard on making our residents feel special, and planning our summertime events. Our nursing home week, CNA week, Fallen Heroes Memorial Day celebration, bringing in wonderful singers, and more. All of these fun and wonderful events and activities were accomplished with all of your hard work.
