Letter from the Administrator

Hello family and friends,

It is hard to believe that it is already September. It’s almost time to start thinking about the Holidays. Where did the summer go? The Labor Day weekend is fast approaching and this means saying good bye to the last remnants of summer activities. I would like to extend a hearty thank you to my dedicated staff. They have worked hard all summer long and provided excellent care to the residents at Christian Heights.

The residents here are like family, and we want to thank you for considering our facility. Our staff is dedicated to improving the lives of our residents everyday with signature services to those who value their freedom and independence, but desire or need services provided to them with the highest level of quality, care and value.

We offer a home like atmosphere, and care options for those who need assistance with the activities of daily life such as getting dressed, bathing, and distribution of medications.

We also develop a personalized plan of care that reflects each resident’s specific needs in order to provide the best experience possible, every day. Our residents enjoy services delivered by a caring and compassionate team. I want the family to have peace of mind knowing their loved ones are being well taken care of.

It is very important to me that you know that I have an open door policy. Anytime you have recommendations, a praise, or concern, I am only a visit or phone call away.
