Success Story: Daniel T.

Christian Heights Resident Daniel T. sitting in his room

Daniel T. came to Christian Heights Nursing & Rehabilitation after being hospitalized at Good Samaritan for wounds and general weakness. He needed assistance in dressing and grooming. Therapy met with Daniel and they developed a plan that would best fit his needs so he could accomplish his goals of returning home and being independent. The therapy team knew that Daniel needed more than therapy, and medical attention to reach his desired level of wellness. Upon discharge Daniel was able to dress and groom independently. Using the new techniques that occupational therapy had taught him. He participated in therapy, and made great strides quickly. He said that he enjoyed his stay and therapy really helped him to get stronger. He also said that his experience at Christian Heights has been wonderful and very comforting.

Director of Physical Therapy Jennifer Davenport said Daniel has participated in therapy and now is at his prior level of function. He is now able to do what he was unable to do upon arrival. We are so proud of him for his willingness and participation. Thank you for allowing Christian Heights to care for you!

We wish Daniel the absolute best.
