The Christian Heights Special Spotlight for the Month

The Christian Heights Special Spotlight for the month of January is Director of Housekeeping and Laundry Rateka Quarles. Rateka is a fun-loving person that works really hard. She and her staff takes pride in making sure that the facility is clean and well kept.

Rateka says she really enjoys her job. She likes making the residents happy and seeing them smile once there concerns are addressed. She complimented her team on their hard work and diligence, and when asked if she could change one thing for them she said if I could wave a magic wand it would be more hours and better pay.

Rateka stays busy outside of Christian Heights as well. She has a cleaning service called “A1 Cleaning” that specializes in commercial buildings, but will accept certain residential jobs CONGRATULATIONS to Rateka for being Christian Heights Special Spotlight!
