Employee Spotlight

The Christian Heights featured employer this month is Ms. Jatesia Leavell. Jatesia works for the HR Department. As a Human Resource Associate Jatesia deals with issues related to compensation, benefits, applications, and training. The primary function of her job is very important as it involves payroll. Jateshia has worked for Christian Heights for approximately three years. She started working at the facility in 2016. She really love what she does.

Although fulfilling her compensation & payroll responsibilities bring her great joy, her favorite part of the job is interacting with the residents. Jatesia is a team player, has a great attitude, and offers outstanding customer service. When asked what was the least favorite part of her job she said “saying good bye to the residents”.
