On July 11th Christian Heights had their health inspection and received a near perfect report. What makes this report more impressive is the fact that the staff was unaware that the inspector was coming on this day.

When asked about the inspection, Dietary Manager Jill Montgomery said “I was pretty excited about it especially not knowing when they were coming. They go to different places every six months, but you never know when they will pop in”.

Jill said that during a health inspection some of the things that they look at is sanitation, how dishwasher operates, seals on coolers, any food that’s out, food on floor, overall cleanliness of kitchen and more. She said the only thing that stopped her area from getting a perfect score was the can opener, and that was only because it was recently used. Congratulations on an awesome inspection!
