Letter from the Administrator

April showers bring May flowers. I love this time of the year! Old man winter has packed up his cold weather and left us with sunshine and rain. This is an exciting time for Christian Heights staff to join in fun events with residents, and partake in community events. It is an awesome feeling to work with such a wonderful staff, and give back to the community.

I’m proud of the fact that Christian Heights volunteer on a consistent basis at Micah Mission, a help organization, to perform healthcare services to their visitors as well as help serve and deliver food to the community. It is such a wonderful and gratifying feeling. I’m also looking forward to the wonderful activities that we have planned. Activities that will keep the residents, staff, and volunteers very busy including a carnival, Gospel music concert, crafts, and a good ole fashion cook out. With all of these great activities and events taking place you can get ready for some happy, and very involved residents.

I would also like to give a sincere thank you to my hard working team that care for our residents here at Christian Heights Nursing and Rehab. The nursing, housekeeping, dietary, activities, maintenance, and leadership team work really hard to make this feel like home for the residents. We have a wonderful team and I appreciate each and everyone one of you. I would also like to give a special thanks to our hard working CNA staff. The care you provide for our residents is very important and rewarding, and it doesn’t go un-noticed. You all make a positive impact in the lives of our residents, and their loved ones every day, and each one of you play a major role.

Thanks for all you do! —Tammy Workman
