Each month we recognize a staff member or resident for going above, and beyond their normal duties and responsibilities. This month we would like to recognize Lisa C for her great customer service. Customer service is the act of taking care of the customer’s needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer’s requirements are met. Customer service is meeting the needs and desires of any customer, especially in a nursing and rehabilitation facility. Some characteristics of good customer service include promptness, politeness, professionalism, and personalization.
Promises for delivery of services must be on time, politeness is almost a lost art. Stating your name, saying ‘hello,’ ‘good afternoon,’ ‘sir,’ and ‘thank you very much’ are a part of good customer service, All customers should be treated professionally, which means the use of competence or skill is expected of the professional, and personalization, introducing yourself as well as using the customer’s name is very effective in producing loyalty. Customers like the idea that whom they do business with knows them on a personal level. Christian Heights would like to recognize Lisa for her outstanding customer service. She exhibited all these qualities in the month of July. We appreciate your diligence, hard work, and dedication.
