Employee Spotlight

This month Christian Heights would like to recognize Anna Houchens. Anna is the Social Services Director at CH, and does a wonderful job. Anna is responsible for care planning, and helping the residents and families adjust to their new surroundings. She supports the resident and shows great compassion for them. She also works with the clinical staff to help create a plan of care for each resident and to oversee the residents progress and health condition. She also advocates for the residents and see that they receive the standard of care they deserve.
