Our featured resident this month is Mr. Skylar H. Skylar came to Christian Heights from Jenny Stuart Medical Center.

Skylar H. was admitted to Christian Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for: Falls and Generalized Weakness in his legs. He was at Jenny Stuart Medical Center and was transferred to Vanderbilt Medical center after a decline in his health.

Received: Therapy services.

Progression: Skylar has been participating in therapy and has made significant progress. The Director of Physical Therapy Jennifer Davenport said that Skylar enjoys participating and always has a since of humor. He has come a long way and continues to progress. He was at Maximum assistance when he arrived and now can complete most tasks with supervision.
